People
Maybe it’s our unusual rural location that does it, but we’re a close-knit family. We take care of our staff in every way we can – from a free canteen to individual training and development programmes.
Community
We play an active part in our local community – frequently supporting local schools and charities. We lend equipment to our own people for creative activities outside the company. And we hold regular cultural events to raise funds for our favourite good causes.
Health & Safety
We take Health and Safety – for our employees, our clients, and the public – very seriously. Key members of our team hold NEBOSH and IOSH safety accreditations, and we comply with all current legislation and best practice guidelines.
Environment & Sustainability
We’ve always cared about sustainability and are deeply committed to protecting the environment. 99% of our paints are water-based, the MDF and fabrics we use are recycled into fertiliser to grow bio-fuels or are reused, we always use biodegradable packaging, and all our wood comes from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) sources. The only things we won’t willingly recycle are our ideas.
